We’ve emailed a couple times several weeks ago about this issue.  Maybe we can get an answer here.

We’ve purchased the Revolution Slider license so we can update.  For some reason, we can neither add the new license code nor deactivate the old one.  We had to disable the plugin and upload to get the latest version installed for now, but we won’t be able to update via the admin center properly still.

How can we resolve this?
